Status
HTTP 409, title Collection kind mismatch. One of the the request itself errors. Branch on code, never on the status or the prose.

- Adding a Tracker to a Collection made for a different kind.

A collection holds one kind of tracker, fixed when it was made. Put this target in a collection of its own kind.
Example
The body arrives as application/problem+json. Most responses add detail about the occurrence, and some add fields of their own.
