Remove a member (DELETE /v1/collections/{id}/members/{tracker_id})

DELETE/v1/collections/{id}/members/{tracker_id}

Takes the Tracker out of the Collection. The Tracker itself is untouched: same state, same cycles, same other Collections. Delete the Tracker to stop tracking.
