The customer is at the cap on active Trackers.
Status
HTTP 409, title Tracker limit exceeded. One of the limits errors. Branch on code, never on the status or the prose.
Common causes
- Creating or resuming a Tracker at the cap.
What to do
You are at the tracker cap. Pause or delete one; retrying will never clear this on its own.
