List a Meta Ad's snapshots
GET
/v1/ads/meta/{library_id}/snapshotsEvery observation of the Ad, newest first: running state, placements, countries, variant count, and disclosed spend and reach. Snapshots are shared across Customers and kept forever. not_found until the Ad has been looked up or returned by a search.
