Email support@shortsintel.com. Include the email address you sign in with and, for a failed call, the tool or endpoint you used, roughly when it happened and any reference ID in the error. We reply within two business days.

Common questions
How do I disconnect ChatGPT, Claude or another client?
Remove the connector or plugin in that client. To revoke its access on our side too, open the console's Connect page and revoke it under Connected Assistants. API keys can be revoked from the console at any time.
A call failed. Was I charged?
Operations that fail are not charged. The console's Usage page lists every charged operation. If something looks wrong, email support with the reference ID shown in the error.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
Email privacy@shortsintel.com from the address on the account. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what we must keep.
