1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShortsIntel.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. When you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you save to ShortsIntel ("User Content"). By uploading or saving User Content, you grant ShortsIntel and members of your team a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, process and copy that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload the content and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our software, design, trademarks and logo, are owned by ShortsIntel and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service;
  • Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
  • Infringe or violate intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
  • Use the Service to develop or train competing AI models or datasets;
  • Introduce malware or interfere with the proper working of the Service.

6. AI-Generated & Third-Party Content

AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated suggestions before use. ShortsIntel is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on such content.

7. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, but payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but Sections 3–12 will survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ShortsIntel disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortsIntel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ShortsIntel harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or your User Content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or on our website. Continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance.
